Exchange Eligibility

Items eligible for exchange must:

• ✦Be unused and unworn.
• ✦Be returned in their original packaging, including tags, pouches, and any complimentary items.
• ✦Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
• ✦Be accompanied by the original order confirmation or invoice.

Once your returned item passes our quality inspection, we’ll process your exchange promptly.

Returns

Because of the personal nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and quality, we do not offer returns for change of mind or personal preference.

However, if your order arrives:

• ✦Damaged during transit,
• ✦Defective,
• ✦Incorrect, or
• ✦Incomplete,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

• ✦The product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.
• ✦You receive the wrong item.
• ✦The item is damaged during transit and cannot be replaced.
• ✦Your order is cancelled before dispatch.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• ✦Earrings
• ✦Personalized or engraved products
• ✦Gift cards
• ✦Products purchased during clearance or final sale
• ✦Free gifts and promotional items

Exchange Shipping

If the exchange is requested due to a customer preference (such as size, color, or style), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the exchange is due to an error on our part, ANASSAI will arrange the return and replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
